Birth Certificate Mandatory

Original and photocopy of child's birth certificate issued by municipal authority

Aadhaar Card Mandatory

Child's Aadhaar card (if available) and parents' Aadhaar cards

Photographs Mandatory

4 passport size photographs of child and 2 each of parents

Previous School Records Mandatory

Last academic year report card and TC (for class I and above)

Transfer Certificate Mandatory

Original Transfer Certificate from previous school (for class II and above)

Medical Certificate

Medical fitness certificate from registered practitioner
